Curlixo currently ships to customers in the United States and Canada. Orders are processed before shipment, and tracking information is provided by email when available.

Shipping rates

• United States: Free standard shipping.
• Canada: $9.99 USD standard shipping, or free standard shipping on orders of $75 USD or more.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders generally require 1–3 business days for processing. Estimated transit times are shown at checkout when available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, or an incomplete delivery address.

Tracking

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email will be sent after the order leaves the fulfillment facility. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to begin showing movement.

Address changes

Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has started. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Packages marked delivered

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but it cannot be located, check with household members, neighbors, the building manager, and the carrier. Then contact us so we can help review the shipment.

Customs and import charges

Canadian orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by local authorities. Any charges not collected at checkout are the customer’s responsibility.
